My concerns were addressed promptly and to my complete satisfaction.
The crew was great. They laid down drop sheets, moved the furniture and drapes and put everything back when they were finished. They had a really positive attitude and responded to any questions with a smile. In fact, they already had anticipated most of the issues I raised. When they were finished, apart from the great looking windows it was hard to tell they had been here.
