A big thank you to everyone for the recent installation of my new patio door and window. From the initial phone call (Steven Poll) to a professional salesman (Spencer Gordon ) followed by a very capable measuring expert (Rob) and finally to the dedicated hard working installation team under John, the entire experience was completed skillfully and with great knowledge. There was a little hiccup with a water leak developing after a torrential rainfall but the entire problem was quickly looked after directly by North Star Windows through Manotick Windows service. Again, thanks to the entire team for my new door and window and a totally new face to my home!
